MAGGIE RHINE

Executive Director THCC

Maggie is a licensed professional clinical and chemical dependency counselor specializing in trauma, attachment challenges and childhood emotional neglect and is keenly aware of the negative impact these have on our adult relationships. In addition to counseling, she is a certified leadership coach who, with her husband, helps men and women transform their relationships with God, themselves and others.

Maggie received her Masters degree in Clinical and Pastoral Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary where she was first introduced to Terry Wardle and the Healing Care model, which has informed most of her practice for the past 15 years. Overall, Maggie uses a holistic approach, tailoring treatment to the client's specific needs. She's trained extensively in evidenced-based trauma and somatic therapies, such as EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Internal Family Systems/ego-state therapy and trauma-focused CBT. Her focus is to help clients understand what's causing their current distress and empower them with the best tools to heal and grow.
